The process:
Initial Deposit
A $49 deposit is required to begin the flight search. If no flight options matching your stated preferences are identified within three business days, the deposit will be refunded unless we mutually agree in writing to extend the search timeframe.
Flight Options Presented
Once suitable options are located, you’ll receive a summary outlining the required points, estimated taxes, and fees. Award availability and pricing are subject to change and may be time-sensitive, so prompt responses are encouraged.
Booking Details
To receive detailed booking instructions, the remaining $251 balance is due. This payment compensates for research time and strategic guidance and is non-refundable once booking details are released.
Booking Instructions & Support
After payment, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions for completing the booking directly with the airline or loyalty program. Airline taxes and fees are a normal and required part of redeeming an awards fare.
Support is available between 6 to 8 am and 5 to 10 pm (Arizona time zone) to answer questions and assist during the booking process.

Completing Your Booking
You are responsible for completing the flight booking directly with the airline or loyalty program as soon as the booking details are provided. Award availability and pricing can change quickly and are not guaranteed. Prescribed Points is not responsible for changes in availability, pricing, airline schedules, or loyalty program terms after the booking information is delivered.
